LovingStresa and Baveno Stresa Together Again: A Partnership Renewed in the Name of the Local Area

For the third consecutive year, LovingStresa renews its partnership with Baveno Stresa, the football club competing in the Eccellenza championship.

This year, the collaboration takes another step forward: for the first time, LovingStresa will also become the club's shirt sponsor.

A decision that goes beyond sports sponsorship and stems from a shared vision: promoting Stresa, Baveno and Lake Maggiore, helping to showcase and promote an area with extraordinary potential.

Baveno Stresa's New Season

The partnership was celebrated during the official presentation of the 2026/27 football season, held in the beautiful setting of Hotel La Palma in Stresa.

In front of sponsors, partners, representatives of local institutions and friends of the club, the Baveno Stresa first team was officially presented, together with the goals and projects for the new season.

Club executives Marco Pozzo, Roberto Caretti and Stefano Cattaneo emphasised their desire to approach the championship with confidence and ambition, creating the conditions to potentially dream of promotion to a higher division.

But another aspect emerged above all during the evening: the strong bond between Baveno Stresa and the local area it represents.

Many of the first-team players have come through the club's youth academy, developing as footballers through its different age categories. At the same time, the club aims to continue being a meeting point for sport, local businesses and institutions.

This vision was also shared by representatives of the local administrations attending the evening.

Luca Gemelli, Mayor of Stresa, and Monica Brunati, councillor of the Municipality of Baveno, highlighted the value of a project capable of bringing the two communities together by promoting what they have in common.

It is precisely this vision that lies at the heart of the partnership with LovingStresa.

LovingStresa was created with the aim of promoting Stresa and Lake Maggiore, telling the stories of its places, experiences and people, and helping visitors discover and experience the area.

From this perspective, Baveno Stresa is a natural partner: a team deeply connected to its community and capable, through Italy's most popular sport, of carrying the name of the area beyond its borders.

The collaboration is therefore based on three shared goals:

• increasing awareness and visibility of the Lake Maggiore area;
• using sport as an additional way to showcase its beauty, identity and opportunities;
• creating new opportunities for collaboration between local businesses and institutions.
