Alpini Group Festival of Someraro 2026 in Levo

On Saturday, June 20 and Sunday, June 21, 2026, the Pro Levo headquarters will host the traditional Alpini Group Festival of Someraro, an event that brings together conviviality, remembrance, and Alpine spirit in one of the most panoramic locations above Stresa.

Organized by the Someraro Alpini Group – Intra Section, the event offers two days of gatherings open to the community, featuring official ceremonies, live music, traditional cuisine, and initiatives dedicated to Alpine values.

Saturday, June 20 Program

The festival will begin in the late afternoon at the Pro Levo headquarters.

Festival Opening and Musical Evening

6:00 PM – Opening of the bar and Alpine refreshment area
7:30 PM – Restaurant opening
8:30 PM – Musical evening

An opportunity to spend an enjoyable evening together, tasting Alpine traditional specialties and sharing a festive moment with the Alpini Group.

Sunday, June 21 Program

The second day will be dedicated to the official celebrations and the most significant moments of the event.

Alpine Ceremony and Commemoration

10:00 AM – Gathering at the Church of Levo
10:30 AM – Flag-raising ceremony and Tribute to the Fallen
Parade accompanied by the Lago Maggiore Alpine Band
11:00 AM – Holy Mass, speeches, and acknowledgements

Alpine Lunch and Prize Draw

12:00 PM – Aperitif offered by the Someraro Alpini Group outside the church
12:30 PM – Alpine lunch
3:00 PM – Prize draw

All Group standard-bearers attending the event will be welcome guests of the festival.
